Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using BillMate services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Service Description BillMate provides cloud-based business management software including: Billing and invoicing management Inventory and stock management Repair and service module Accounting and financial reporting Customer relationship management (CRM) Manufacturing and production tracking Multi-branch management We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of our services at any time. 3. Account Registration To use our services, you must: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration Maintain and promptly update your account information Maintain the security of your account credentials Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Subscription Plans and Pricing Current Subscription Plans Starter Plan: 7-day free trial with ₹20 verification charge (fully refundable) Elite Plan: ₹999 per year, auto-renewal Premium Plan: ₹3,000 per month, auto-renewal 4.1 Trial Period: 7-day free trial for Starter plan ₹20 one-time charge for identity verification Refund processed within 48 hours after successful verification Trial includes access to Elite plan features No credit card required for trial Automatic downgrade to free features after trial ends 4.2 Paid Subscriptions: Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled Failed payments may result in service suspension Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance 5. Payment and Billing All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways We do not store your complete payment card information Refunds are only provided as required by law or at our discretion No refunds for partial subscription periods Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension 6. Service Availability We strive to maintain 99.5% service availability but do not guarantee: Uninterrupted or error-free service Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or networks Specific response times or performance levels Data transmission without interruption or error Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible. 7. User Responsibilities You agree not to: Use the service for any unlawful purpose Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software Use the service to store or transmit malicious code Violate any applicable laws or regulations Share your account credentials with unauthorized users You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your business data. 8. Data Ownership and License Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your business data. We claim no ownership rights to the information you store using our services. Our License: You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your data solely for providing and improving our services. Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in our software, website, and documentation remain exclusively with BillMate. 9. Limitation of Liability Important Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: Data loss or corruption Business interruptions or lost profits Actions of third-party service providers Security breaches beyond our reasonable control 10. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice for: Violation of these Terms and Conditions Non-payment of subscription fees Fraudulent or illegal activities Actions that may harm our services or other users Upon termination: Your right to use the service immediately ceases You must cease all use of the software We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period Outstanding payments become immediately due 11. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
